Richard Eakin, Project Director

Richard is Project Director for MarramWind and CampionWind. A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of industrial experience, Richard has worked for ScottishPower Renewables for over 12 years and has fulfilled various project management and leadership roles on the company’s global offshore wind portfolio through all project phases from development to execution. With particular experience in the design and supply of foundation structures and in working on successful joint ventures, Richard has a keen interest in the development of local supply chains as the industry continues to grow. A keen runner and occasional golfer, Richard lives in Edinburgh and is married with 2 young children.

Gayle is a skilled Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience working in the Oil & Gas Industry delivering projects spanning Subsea, Brownfield and Decommissioning, often involving new technology or adapting existing technology. Gayle is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a Chartered Project Professional

Charlene Leppard, Supply Chain Manager

Charlene is a chartered Supply Chain and Procurement professional with 17 years’ experience implementing Contracting & Procurement strategies across the energy sector. She is currently the Supply Chain Manager responsible for Contracting & Procurement and Supply Chain Development for CampionWind and MarramWind joint ventures. She is passionate about the energy transition in the U.K and of the part Marram and Campion have to play in this. In her free time, she enjoys singing with her band and campervanning around Scotland!
